If you’ve been dreaming about tiny living, downsizing, or hitting the road in style, this 28′ model tiny house could be exactly what you’re looking for. It’s got a great mix of style, function, and comfort—all packed into a beautifully designed space that’s ready to go.

Open Layout That Just Makes Sense

One of the best things about this model is the open floor plan. It makes the whole place feel roomy and well thought out. You’ve got a main-floor sleeping area (no climbing up a ladder unless you want to), plus a loft that fits a full-size bed comfortably. Whether it’s just you, you and a partner, or even a couple of guests, this home sleeps up to four people without feeling cramped.

Big Windows, Bright Space

This home has two massive 5’x4’ tempered glass windows, along with several other vinyl windows, so there’s plenty of natural light pouring in. It’s the kind of space that just feels good—whether you’re surrounded by trees or parked in a neighbourhood. The views and sunlight make the whole house feel bigger and more inviting.

Quality Materials That Last

Everything inside is made to hold up over time and still look great. You’ll get durable LVP flooring that’s both stylish and practical, and real wood cabinets that give the place a warm, homey vibe. The kitchen is super functional too, with quartz countertops, a stainless steel sink, and a two-burner convection cooktop. It’s perfect for daily meals or even cooking for guests.

Cozy All Year Long

No matter the season, this tiny home has you covered. The 12,000 BTU mini split keeps things cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The insulation is solid too—R24 in the floor, R15 in the walls, and R19 in the ceiling—so you’ll stay comfortable without crazy energy costs.

Built to Move or Stay Put

This home is on a 28-foot trailer, so it’s ready to roll if travel’s your thing. Whether you want to move it across the country or park it long-term on a piece of land, it’s built to handle both. It runs on a 50 amp power hook-up and a hose-fed water system, which makes it easy to set up wherever you land—at an RV park, in a tiny home community, or on private property.

Ready to Own—Financing Available

This tiny house is fully certified, which means it’s safe, up to code, and ready to go. You can buy it outright or finance it, depending on what works best for you.

I too love this site. The only problem I have is that I am disabled and the majority of the homes shown here and elsewhere have upstairs and I can’t do stairs and definitely not a ladder.

Thank you so much for sharing this — we truly appreciate your kind words, and we completely understand your concern. Many tiny homes do feature lofts or upper levels, which isn’t ideal for those with mobility limitations. The good news is that there are beautiful single-level and accessibility-friendly tiny home designs available, and we’re working on showcasing more of them to better meet everyone’s needs.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll make sure to highlight more no-stairs, barrier-free options in the future. If you’d like to stay updated as we share these designs, we warmly invite you to subscribe to our website.

      Warm regards,
