If you’ve been thinking about downsizing but don’t want to give up comfort or style, this 2020 ESCAPE Traveller XLS might be exactly what you’re looking for. With 374 square feet of smartly designed space, high ceilings, and tons of natural light, it feels open and airy in a way you wouldn’t expect from a tiny home.

Even better—it’s already set up in the ESCAPE Tampa Bay Tiny House Community, a private neighbourhood where you can enjoy nature, privacy, and peace of mind, while still being just minutes from everything Tampa has to offer.

A Tiny Home That Feels Big

Most tiny houses can feel cramped, but this Traveller XLS model was designed differently. The 13.5-foot ceiling height and wide floor plan make it feel roomy, while clever storage solutions keep everything neat and functional.

Inside You’ll Find:

  • A full bathroom with dual shower heads and a Toto flush toilet
  • A queen-size bedroom on the main floor with closets and bookshelves
  • A jack-knife sofa that pulls out into a full-size guest bed (with storage underneath)
  • Stainless steel gas range, oven, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator
  • Washer/dryer combo unit
  • Stone countertops and a large pull-out pantry
  • Dining table with chairs and bench seating
  • Mitsubishi mini-split heating/cooling system
  • Two LED wall-mounted TVs, an electric fireplace, and honeycomb blinds
  • Loft storage for even more space

This setup makes it a great fit whether you’re planning to live here full-time, keep it as a getaway spot, or even rent it out.

Outdoors and Community Perks

The exterior is just as impressive. You’ll get brand-new cedar lap siding, a private deck for relaxing outside, and parking for two cars. And guess what? The pool is only a few steps away.

Your $600 monthly lot rent takes care of:

  • Water & sewer
  • Trash & recycling
  • Lawn care
  • Pool and shared workspaces

That means you don’t have to worry about property taxes, HOA fees, or age restrictions. Just show up and live easy.

Location, Location, Location

This tiny home isn’t in the middle of nowhere—it’s right where you want to be. In just a short drive, you can get to:

  • Award-winning Gulf Coast beaches
  • The University of South Florida
  • Tampa International Airport
  • Busch Gardens theme park
  • Major highways like I-75 & I-4

Whether you’re heading to work, catching a flight, or hitting the beach, it’s all super convenient.

Why Tiny House Living Works

Choosing a tiny home is about more than just having a smaller space—it’s about living with freedom and less stress. With this Traveller XLS, you’ll spend less on housing, use less energy, and have more time (and money) for the things you love. Since it’s RVIA and Green Certified, you can feel good about your environmental footprint, too.

And because the home is on wheels, you’ve got options. You can keep it in this amazing community, or take it with you if life pulls you somewhere new.

At ESCAPE Tampa Bay, you’ll also be part of a community of like-minded people who value privacy, sustainability, and a simpler way of living.

I know what I’ll be dreaming about tonight! My favorite place on earth I’ve been is Madeira Beach! Not a far drive from Tampa. I’m so hopeful that one day I’ll be living there, close enough to hear the waves of the ocean as I doze off in my own tiny home.🩵
